We have ordered our live bait to be delivered this Friday morning, May 15, right on time. The weather looks promising and we have gotten over a rather rough spell of rain.
We took a trip to the cottage on Long Lake this week, and we were able to see a lot very nice Bass right at the end of the dock. So they must be getting ready to spawn and will be a great target for every one interested in a good fishing experience. A great sight to see . This family gets excited to see game fish and I’m sure you do too.
There were a few successful trips to the woods for some Morels, and now it’s time to get serious about fishing. We have stocked the store with a lot of great tackle, some new displays and a general face lift of the entire inside of the store. Lorie is re-stocking the Lorie Rig crawler harness wall as we speak, and the fresh water is going into the minnow tanks later this week. Man, are we ready for a great summer of fishing.
We’ll both be at the grand re-opening this weekend to greet you, and look forward to seeing you. Be sure and check out the nice display of rod and reel combos, spinners, buzz baits, tubes, stick baits, lead heads and floating jigs, plastics, and much more, and a lot of terminal tackle.
