Yes it is that time of year already. We have deer  hunting as well as all the other types of hunting going on now through January. Mix that with a lot of much needed rain, wind, frost and low water in the lakes, and you have a much needed time for Buck’s Bait and Tackle to close their door and look to ice season with eager anticipation. It’  just  that time of year already. We are now closed until winter ice appears.

Thank you for your summer business, we hope it was as good a season for catching fish for you as it was for my family on Long Lake. Look for winter contests and other information to appear periodically until we open , [ first ice].
