SPRING LIKE WEATHER
THIS PAST WEEKEND SAW SOME WARM TEMPERATURES, AND A LOT OF PEOPLE OUT FISHING. THE LAKES WERE A LITTLE BIT TOUGH ON QUADS, AND SNOW MACHINES, BUT BY THE END OF THE DAY, SATURDAY, ENOUGH SNOW HAD MELTED TO MAKE MOVING AROUND A LOT EASIER.
SUNDAY WE SAW SOME NICE WEATHER, WITH A LOT OF SUN AND HIGH NEAR 40. MY CUSTOMERS THINK THE LAKES ARE BETTER ALREADY, AND WILL ONLY IMPROVE IN THE NEXT FEW DAYS. WHAT A RELIEF.
THE FISHING WAS GREAT TOO, FOR A LOT OF PEOPLE. WE HAD SO MANY GREAT CATCHES OF FISH, AND GREAT CUSTOMERS TOO.
AND FAMILY FUN WITH KIDS INVOLVED.

EACH CONTESTANT THAT WON ENDED UP WITH A PRIZE OF $636.00 THIS TIME. NOT BAD FOR A DAY’S “WORK”.

THANKS TO ALL OF YOU WHO PARTICIPATED. YOU ARE ALL WINNERS IN OUR BOOKS, AND WE APPRECIATE YOUR LOYALTY, ATTITUDES, AND BUSINESS.
THE TOP PIKE WAS 10 LB. 12 OUNCES. THE TOP WALLEYE WAS 5 LB 5 OUNCES. THE TOP THREE PERCH WEIGHED IN AT 3LB 13 OUNCES. AND AS NICE AS THESE PERCH WERE, THE RECORD FOR THREE PERCH FOR OUR TOURNAMENT IS STILL HELD BY KEVIN NEWHOUSE, AT 4LB 11 OUNCES!
FISHING WILL BE MUCH BETTER NOW THAT THE WARM FRONT HAS COME IN, AND THE SNOW HAS BEEN DECREASED. COME ON IN AND GET OUT THERE FOR SOME FUN AND FISH.
AND A SPECIAL THANKS TO ALL OF YOU GUYS FROM OSCODA WHO PARTICIPATED IN OUR CONTEST.
WE WILL BE OPEN NOW FROM 7 TO 5 DAILY
HOPE TO SEE YOU SOON
