It is August but summer is still here. I know you know this but with schools starting early this year, and some vacations over, the fishing continues.

The Long Lake derby was spectacular, and the weather was very kind to all that entered. The folks who entered did well, as always, some did better than others.We at BUCKS hope you had a great time and will be back next year for the event.

Thanks to all of you who entered and also donated stocking money. All that money will go directly to derby costs, fish stocking and maintaining water purity tests.

We know a lot of you caught fish on Lorie Rigs. Harnesses and fly rigs. Thank you for that too and ALL of your patronage here at our bait shop.

We are still open and will be until the customers quit.
