We will be closing the store, March 15, now wait a minute ! Until mid May, for our 22nd annual spring break. We do this each year as Walleye and Pike closes March 15, and the ice starts to melt and most of all, the interest in ice fishing is pretty much done as evident by the huge lack of people [ not ] going fishing, even now. I hope you all had a great year catching fish on our lakes, and will return for the summer.
We have had a record cold month in Feb. and now we are enjoying some 50 + degree days. Spring starts March 20, and a break is in order. While we are on “break”, we will be making some changes inside the shop, painting,new displays, and so on. We will be putting our summer inventory in place for you to enjoy, and doing general maintenance that is required here every spring.
