Friday, December 13, we will reopen Buck’s Bait shop for the winter season. For those of you who do not live in this area, we have had a mixed bag of cold weather, snow, rain, and  warm ups. Currently we have about 4 inches of snow on lakes that have some soft ice, and rain coming in today. We then have a sustained period of very cold air, showing highs in the 20’s and lows in the low teens.  We do not know what the ice will be like Dec. 13,  but we should have a handle on that soon after we open. But it does sound encouraging from our view .

We are fully stocked with our ice fishing gear, and bait will be delivered on the 13 Th.  Shiners and wax worms  and hopefully wigglers. We look forward to seeing all of you soon, and we do have gift certificates for those of you who have someone  in the family who fishes. Also great gifts.  For example, wouldn’t the lady of the house love a pink polar tip up, or jigging rod, and a great  selection of Lorie Rigs, and other goodies ? And don’t forget yourself, treat yourself to a great Christmas present right here, you deserve it.

We will open Friday and be open from 7 to 5 daily

Sundays 7 to 3.

We will be closed Christmas day.
