This is great news for you fellows and gals who like to fish for Bass. I just heard today from a very reliable customer that the Bass are definitely on their beds right now. He said if you can handle the rough weather you’ll get Smallies on either Grand or Long Lake .

And we continue to get the rough weather too. This morning we once again had a hard frost, high of 50, windy. But this man says that the water temp was about 50 after that warm spell we had, and he’s had great success. (fun). Remember the rules, you can  catch and immediate release right now, not keep and eat Bass. But if you should get Walleye, Perch, or Gils and Pike, you can keep and eat the legal ones.

Just one week left until the big Memorial day holiday, so I thought I’d better get this message out and fast for our travelers headed this way.

If you fish for Bass you already know they will hit on a variety of lures and live bait. We have all of that and the Lorie Rigs  are in good supply for you.
