After\u00a0opening, closing, and bad weather, good weather, more bad \u00a0than good, we are open now as of opening day for Walleye and Pike, Bass is open for catch and immediate\u00a0release also. Gills, Perch, etc is open and waiting for you right now, [so get out there before they change their minds.]<\/p>\n
And we did have some customers already, and one very nice 21 inch Walleye was brought in to show from Long Lake. This fish was\u00a0healthy\u00a0beyond belief, and would easily feed a couple of hungry anglers. His bait was minnows and a lead head jig that day.<\/p>\n
We will stay open from 8-5 for awhile and expand the hours as we see needed. The lakes look healthy, the water is clean, and the Cormorant hunters are out doing their job, every day\u00a0possible. Thanks to all who serve this cause. It’s not easy being \u00a0out there in cold rainy weather, but they do it to save the lakes, both Long and Grand lakes. Thanks again fellas, and ladies.<\/p>\n
Our store is fully\u00a0stocked\u00a0for summer and we have minnows and crawlers, etc. We have your favorite \u00a0Lorie rigs, as well as some dazzling new ones.<\/p>\n
