We have a weekend coming up that will be incredible. Not only are we supposed to hit 50 degrees and have sunshine, but there is a free fishing contest on Grand Lake this Saturday. No money needed, no sign up, no stress  contest. Just catch fish, and go to the pavilion at the very north end between 1 and 7 pm and win prizes. That’s it, simple. And to really sweeten the deal you can start fishing at 12 midnight Friday night and be legal. The contests are for perch, walleye, and pike.

We recommend using our famous Lorie Rigs of course with your bait to win prizes. We’ll even open at 6:30 Sat to help you get off to an early start. Our ice conditions are prime. About 20 to 24 inches of ice, a little snow and just right for you to enjoy a great family event. See you there. 50 degrees will NOT  impact our lakes for a few days, that’s for sure.
